We are looking for a driven 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to join Halian in Dubai, specialising in senior and critical hires across enterprise technology, digital transformation, and managed services across the Middle East. You will partner closely with our Technology Practice leaders to build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and technology executives across leading enterprises, government entities, and high-growth digital platforms. This is a true 360 role where you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining your Ideal Client Profile and executing strategic business development, through to delivering high-impact technology hires and building long-term client partnerships. Build deep expertise in 2-3 technology verticals including Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP & Enterprise Applications, and Digital & Product. Win and deliver exclusive mandates for senior technology roles including CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief Architect, VP Engineering, Head of Cybersecurity, Head of Data & AI, and Programme Directors.
