Accountant

China Three Gorges Asia-Africa (CTGAAL) is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to join our Finance Department at our Cairo Office, Egypt. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and tax-related activities and, in the long term, supporting the company's financial operations and O&M activities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, handling petty cash, compiling and reporting financial data, performing balance sheets and P&L statements, conducting audits, resolving discrepancies, managing taxes (WHT, VAT, Wage Tax), performing monthly AP/AR reconciliations, maintaining fixed asset registers, and assisting with year-end audits. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 3-5 years of experience in project accounting (renewable energy sector is an advantage), strong knowledge of IFRS, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP/ERP systems.
