Accountant

A construction company in Riyadh is looking for an Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in the accounting field, preferably with experience in the real estate development sector. Familiarity with tax regulations for real estate transactions such as real estate transaction tax and VAT is required to ensure full statutory compliance. Responsibilities include managing daily financial transactions, AP/AR, supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, Zakat, VAT filings, and inventory. Proficiency in Odoo accounting system or general ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is needed.
