Accountant

Al Khatat Real Estate / Al Khatat Cars is looking for an experienced Accountant with Car Sales / Automotive Industry experience to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting and practical experience handling vehicle sales transactions, customer payments, invoices, commissions, and financial records. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records. Handle invoices, receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accounts payable and receivable. Monitor customer payments, deposits, and outstanding balances. Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements. Handle accounting transactions related to vehicle sales, sales invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment records. Maintain customer and vehicle financial records. Monitor vehicle deposits, installments, and outstanding payments. Maintain records of sales commissions and related expenses. Coordinate with sales teams, customers, banks, and suppliers. Ensure proper documentation for all vehicle sales transactions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of accounting experience. Previous Car Sales / Automotive Industry experience is mandatory. Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
