Accountant: Accounts Payable - Aspen TESS

Aspen TESS is Aspen's technology-enabled shared services business, established to unlock business value through digital innovation and process efficiency. The AP Accountant is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and analyzing transactions for the region. The role involves working extensively with workflow automation tools and Vendor Invoice Management solutions to optimize accounts payable processes. Key responsibilities include invoice and vendor management using VIM solutions, purchase order and GRNI management, intercompany transactions, reconciliation and reporting, and internal controls and audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or CA qualification, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of ERP systems and implementation, intermediate-advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and SAP.
