Accounts Payable Officer

Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment requests. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Monitor accounts payable aging and payment due dates. Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain compliance with company financial controls and applicable UAE VAT requirements. Must possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4 years of overall accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Accounts Payable and experience processing approximately 500 invoices per month. Must have practical experience in UAE VAT compliance and hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
