Accounts Receivable Accountant (Real Estate)

We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Accountant (Real Estate) who will be responsible for managing and tracking incoming payments (revenue), ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records and financial reporting. This role is for one of the largest Real Estate Master Developers in Ras Al Khaimah. The role sits within the Finance Department and reports directly to the Invoicing & Revenue Manager. This is initially a role for 3 months. Key responsibilities include reconciling receipts for different payment methods using Oracle Fusion, generating invoices based on sales orders and contracts, payment processing and reconciliation of AR ledger, reconciling physical collection with daily collection reports, preparing AR aging reports and assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities, performing monthly bank reconciliation activities, and coordinating with Treasury and Finance teams. Knowledge, skills & experience required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (ACA/ACCA/CPA preferred), strong experience in AR/AP accounting and invoicing, minimum of 5 years of experience, experience with Oracle Fusion and working within the Real Estate sector, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills.
