Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer Location: Jubail Salary: SAR 5,500 - 7,000 Job Code: 352/001/604 Industry: Manufacturing Job Brief: Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage customer invoicing, outstanding receivables, payment follow-ups, and accounts receivable reporting in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices, monitoring accounts receivable (AR) aging, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining accurate financial records using ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant accounts receivable experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, and proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time. - Monitor accounts receivable (AR) aging and track outstanding customer balances. - Prepare collection reports and accounts receivable reports. - Follow up with customers on overdue payments and outstanding invoices. - Maintain accurate financial records using ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role. - Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems for accounts receivable transactions and financial record management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - Experience preparing and processing customer invoices. - Knowledge of AR aging, collections, and receivables reporting. - Experience following up on overdue payments and maintaining accurate financial records. - Candidates from any industry may apply.
