Accounts Receivable Officer - Billing & Collections

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage accurate manpower billing, timely collections, and overdue debt recovery across multiple client accounts. Generate invoices against approved timesheets, deployment records, contracts, LPOs, and agreed rates. Validate overtime, allowances, deductions, and supporting documents to prevent billing errors. Submit invoices through client portals and track acceptance, payment terms, and due dates. Drive collections through structured follow-ups; reduce overdue balances and days sales outstanding (DSO). Resolve invoice disputes, short payments, and deductions with clients and internal teams. Reconcile accounts, allocate receipts, and process approved credit notes and adjustments. Report receivables ageing, collection forecasts, disputed balances, and payment risks.
