Applications Support Engineer

We are looking for an Applications Support Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to support the implementation, service delivery, and day-to-day operations of SAP and Microsoft applications. Location: Qatar. Provide L1/L2 application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Support application implementation, configuration, upgrades, and operational activities. Monitor application performance, availability, and system operations. Analyze incidents and perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and escalations in line with ITIL practices. Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, development, and business teams. Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Support application releases, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
