Arabic & English IT Support / Service Desk Resources

We are looking for 1–3 resources to support an SAP customer. Location: Remote – UAE Duration: 6 – 12 months Experience: Fresher – 5 years Requirements: - Fluent in Arabic & English – Mandatory - IT/Computer Science background - Experience in IT Service Desk, Ticketing or Application Support preferred - Strong communication and translation skills - Ability to manage tickets across multiple systems - Quick learner and comfortable handling customer requests via email, Teams and phone Freshers with an IT background and strong Arabic/English communication skills are welcome.
