Asset Risk & Lifecycle Section Head

DB-El Sewedy Railway Operation Egypt is looking for a qualified Asset Risk & Lifecycle Section Head in New Cairo, Egypt. Key Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Asset Management). 10+ years of asset management, lifecycle, or risk experience, including 3+ years of multidisciplinary leadership in Infrastructure, Railway, or Facility/MEP environments. Proven expertise in residual-life assessments, renewal forecasting, whole-life cost (WLC), and obsolescence governance. Solid knowledge of ISO 55001, ISO 31000, and EN 16646. Professional credentials like CAMA, CMRP, or CFM and hands-on experience with EAM/CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP) are highly regarded.
