Assets Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assets Manager to lead and govern the company’s assets, maximize utilization, and minimize downtime and waste. Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain the Asset Register. • Oversee asset receiving, tagging, and inventory. • Monitor asset condition and utilization. • Develop asset replacement and renewal plans. • Analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). • Monitor insurance and asset-related incidents. • Manage asset disposal and sales. • Manage asset custody and documentation. • Coordinate with Finance, Maintenance, and Operations. Requirements: • Saudi national. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Relevant experience in Asset Management or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience. • Experience in fleet, equipment, and asset management. • Experience with ERP / EAM systems. • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and operational skills.
