Assistant Finance Manager

Positioned for a CA, ACCA, ICWA with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the contracting/construction or manufacturing industry. Lead Month-End Closing (GL, accruals, reconciliations, trial balance finalisation). Prepare MIS & Financial Reporting (P&L finalisation, project cost/profitability reports, variance analysis). Lead project-wise cost control through regular revision of cost to complete, review of WIP, Provisions, variations, etc. Finalise revenue recognition as per IFRS with knowledge of the standard industry process (IPA - to invoice). Lead day-to-day operations (Accounts payable function, subcontractor invoices vetting, procurement coordination). Knowledge of ERP & Systems (Oracle Financials, chart of accounts, process improvements). Compliance & Audit (VAT, IFRS, external audit support).
