Assistant Financial Manager - Reporting and Budgeting

We are recruiting an Assistant Financial Manager (Reporting and Budgeting) for the oil and gas industry in Dubai, UAE. Main requirements: CA, CPA, or CFA qualification or Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field. Candidates with CA/CPA/CFA require 5+ years of experience; degree holders require 8+ years of finance/accounting experience. Must have UAE or Middle East oil and gas industry experience. Big Four or advisory experience is preferred. Must be proficient in SAP and advanced Excel. In-depth knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations. Experience in internal/external audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and monthly/year-end closing. Fluent in Chinese and English.
