Assistant Inventory Controller

Manage daily stores, warehouse, and inventory operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and transfers of materials and equipment. Ensure accurate material coding, tagging, stacking, preservation, and stock traceability. Maintain accurate SAP MM transactions, including GRNs, material movements, cost bookings, project allocations, and fixed asset movements. Conduct regular physical inventory and fixed asset checks, reconcile variances, and prepare inventory reports. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Project teams on material, cost, budget, and inventory-related matters. Supervise Store Assistants, Helpers, and Forklift Operators and allocate daily activities. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, security, and compliance within the stores. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on material deliveries, returns, and related store activities.
