Assistant Manager Accounting– Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor / Team Leader with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial accounting to supervise day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting, compliance and controls. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily Finance & Accounts activities and guide the accounting team. - Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) activities. - Review journal entries, accruals, provisions and account reconciliations. - Handle month-end and year-end closing activities. - Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and inventory valuation. - Support product costing, manufacturing costing and cost-control activities. - Review purchase, expense and vendor accounting. - Monitor fixed assets and depreciation. - Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports. - Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. - Coordinate internal and external audits. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. - Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of accounting activities. - Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
