Assistant Manager - Custom Applications & Integration

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of developers responsible for custom applications and enterprise systems. Manage full SDLC, oversee application integration initiatives, ensure development and security best practices, and drive application modernization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in software development, systems integration, and enterprise applications, with at least 2 years of leadership experience. Strong technical background in .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, and database technologies. Good to have experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, Reports & PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and enterprise platform integrations.
