Assistant Manager - QC Microbiology

WE'RE HIRING | Assistant Manager – QC Microbiology Location: Dubai, UAE Company: LIFEPharma FZE | Burjeel Holdings LIFEPharma is looking for an experienced and quality-driven Assistant Manager – QC Microbiology to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pharmaceutical microbiology, laboratory operations, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance within a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the overall functioning of the Microbiology Laboratory, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, STPs, GTPs, and SOPs. - Review and approve microbiological analytical data for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability, validation, method transfer, and verification activities. Qualifications & Experience - Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology. - Experience: Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QC Microbiology. - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology, environmental monitoring, water systems, microbiological testing, and laboratory quality systems. - Practical experience in cGMP compliance, regulatory audits, investigations, CAPA, and laboratory documentation. - Familiarity with SAP and pharmaceutical quality management systems is preferred. - Strong leadership, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
