Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily wholesale and retail store operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations and support sales performance. Drive sales and achieve store targets. Manage inventory, stock control and replenishment. Supervise, train and motivate store staff. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues. Monitor billing, cash handling and POS operations. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, hygiene and compliance. Coordinate with finance and inventory teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation. Requirements: Hypermarket experience Mandatory. 5-8 years of experience in retail/wholesale store management. FMCG experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of sales, inventory and stock control. Proficiency in POS / ERP and MS Office. Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
