Associate Manager - International Payroll

Strategy Development & Implementation: Manages the development of an effective international payroll program across EGA by implementing the approved payroll framework, reviewing policies, and ensuring adherence to governance structure. Leads and guides training frameworks to ensure accuracy of employee payroll data. Operations Management: Responsible for preparing monthly payroll in a timely, accurate, and secure manner for all international payrolls (Guinea, Singapore, Shanghai, Korea, Switzerland, USA). Liaises with international third-party payroll providers. Ensures appropriate tax deductions in line with local laws. Maintains master data integrity in SAP to the highest standard and ensures monthly management reconciliation and variance analysis. Manages international payroll accounting process including ownership of relevant accounting and payroll GLs. Mentors and provides technical assistance to the international payroll team. Auditing and Reporting: Liaises with internal and external auditors for quarter-end and year-end audits. Establishes international payroll reporting mechanisms and dashboards.
