Business Analyst - SAP

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (SAP) with 8-12 years of experience to support business transformation initiatives and SAP-driven process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and ensure successful solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP solutions. - Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business users. - Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. - Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants to design and implement effective solutions. - Validate system solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives. - Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: - 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis. - Strong understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise applications. - Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional documentation. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects is preferred.
