Business Key User EWM

Active Role – Business Key User EWM for a 3-month contract in KSA – Riyadh/Jeddah. We are looking for an experienced Business Key User SAP EWM to support the deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) at a manufacturing site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Local Change Manager, local key users, and the central SAP EWM team to ensure business readiness, user adoption, successful testing, and a smooth go-live. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the business representative for warehouse and logistics processes during the SAP EWM implementation. - Support process design workshops and validate solutions against operational requirements. - Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Support data validation, cutover, and go-live activities. - Assist the Local Change Manager in change management and business readiness activities. - Develop and deliver end-user training. - Coach local key users and super users on new processes and system usage. - Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and escalate where required. - Provide business support during hypercare and post go-live stabilization. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. - Experience with business testing, training, and process adoption activities. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Fluent in English; local language skills are an advantage. Success Measures: - Successful execution of testing and business readiness activities. - High end-user adoption of SAP EWM processes. - Smooth go-live with limited operational disruption. - Effective knowledge transfer to local key users and end users. Ideal Profile: A hands-on warehouse process expert, with EWM implementation experience, who can bridge the gap between the central SAP EWM design team and local factory operations, ensuring successful adoption of the new solution.
