Business Process Owner

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Ras Al Khaimah that is undergoing a significant business and technology transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Business Process Owner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a process-driven professional with Real Estate experience who can take ownership of end-to-end business processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance operational effectiveness. Own and manage end-to-end business processes across the organisation. Define process KPIs and monitor performance against business objectives. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies. Collaborate with technology, operational and business teams to implement enhancements. Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and internal standards. Act as the key escalation point for process-related challenges. Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives. Engage with senior stakeholders to align process strategy with business goals.
