Business Process Principal Consultant - Customer Industry Solutions (CIS)

Lead customer innovation engagements by running discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities. Define high-value Industry AI use cases, translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions, and own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment. Build the Industry AI portfolio by turning customer learnings into industry-specific AI assets and accelerators reusable across SAP globally. Requires strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles.
