Buyer (Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial Parts)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated parts supporting our engineering and manufacturing projects. You will collaborate closely with internal engineering, quality, and planning teams, as well as external global suppliers, to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Key responsibilities include issuing and managing purchase orders for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated components according to project Bills of Materials, monitoring PO confirmations, tracking supplier delivery schedules, and continuously update data within the ERP system, communicating proactively with suppliers to clarify order specifications and expedite critical deliveries. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or Oracle is required.
