Central Controller

Thales is seeking a Central Controller in Dubai who is a UAE National to assist the CFO in overseeing financial management and controlling functions within the country. Responsibilities include monitoring shared services KPIs, managing cash flow, forecasting, improving working capital, reducing intercompany AR DSO, overseeing financial activities, leading audits, ensuring internal controls compliance (ICMA, ICQ), supporting month-end and year-end closes, and participating in finance modernization initiatives including SAP improvements.
