Chief Financial Officer

The Role Reporting to senior leadership, the CFO will oversee the organization s finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, the effectiveness of internal controls, and sound financial management across its operations. The CFO will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting, while driving improvements in finance processes, systems, and governance. A key priority will be strengthening the organization s financial infrastructure and ensuring that technology supports timely reporting and informed decision-making. As a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, the CFO will guide capital allocation, manage banking relationships and funding requirements, and shape long-term financial strategy. The role requires a leader who combines strategic judgment with a hands-on approach to execution.
