Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

United Printing Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, strengthen financial performance, and support the company’s continued growth. We are looking for a senior finance professional with at least 25 years of experience, who is already working in our industry and has a deep understanding of its financial, operational, and project-costing requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. - Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, and working capital management. - Monitor project profitability, production costs, material expenses, and overall financial performance. - Establish effective cost-control measures and improve financial efficiency across departments. - Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions. - Oversee financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance. - Manage and develop the finance and accounting teams. - Utilize SAP Business One to enhance financial reporting, internal controls, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with senior management to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Requirements: - Minimum 25 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, including substantial senior financial leadership experience. - Currently working in the BTL, POSM, printing, retail branding, events, booths, or activations industry — mandatory. - Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Business One (mandatory). - Extensive knowledge of project costing, cost accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management. - Proven experience in manufacturing or project-based business environments. - Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage financial operations remotely and coordinate effectively with management and operational teams.
