Commercial / F&B Analyst

An organization headquartered in Makkah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Commercial / F&B Analyst to work remotely from Egypt, focusing on commercial analysis, pricing strategies, and sales profitability within the food, confectionery, and chocolate sector. Position Overview: • Role: Commercial / F&B Analyst • Company HQ: Makkah, Saudi Arabia • Work Arrangement: Remote from Egypt • Employment Type: Part-Time Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Conducting in-depth commercial and financial analyses of sales performance, pricing strategies, and product margins. • Evaluating profitability metrics within the food, confectionery, and chocolate manufacturing/retail sector. • Generating reports, dashboards, and financial forecasts utilizing enterprise systems and advanced data tools. Key Requirements & Qualifications: • Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional experience in commercial, financial, or business analysis. • Industry Background: Prior experience in the food, confectionery, or chocolate sector is strongly preferred. • Technical Expertise: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and robust financial modeling skills. • ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo or SAP. • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market is a distinct advantage. • Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI is considered a strong plus.
