Commercial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to lead critical commercial operations in Ain Al Sokhna. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial taxation, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance, along with strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Arabic. Key Responsibilities: - Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance (Sea & Air) - Liaise with government authorities for NIL VAT compliance - Manage shipping line negotiations, duty structures, and customs audits - Drive savings initiatives and competitive rate sourcing - MIS reporting and cross-functional coordination - Prepare and evaluate commercial documentation with precision Qualifications: - Master’s in Commerce / MBA in Finance - 18–20 years of post-qualification experience in reputed organizations - Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 MM Module and MS Office (PowerPoint proficiency) - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
