Commercial Manager - NEOM

At Jacobs, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at NEOM and provide contractual leadership across a major programme. Responsibilities include owning and maintaining a prioritised closeout plan for Work Orders, Service Orders, and contracts, reviewing each order against scope and commercial terms, verifying completion and acceptance of services, reconciling values and commitments across record systems, Unifier and SAP, leading final account agreements, managing claims and variations, and ensuring financial and administrative closure of commitments. Requirements include a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in contract or commercial management, strong capability in final account agreement and financial reconciliation, knowledge of contract law and FIDIC, and proficiency in Unifier and SAP enterprise systems.
