Commercial Officer

JUTHOR Tissue Manufacturing Company is looking for a Saudi national Commercial Officer to manage customer orders and commercial documentation, from registration and order entry in SAP through to on-time delivery. What we're looking for: - Saudi nationals only - 3 years of relevant experience in commercial operations or customer service in the industrial sector - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field - Hands-on experience working on ERP systems, mainly SAP, including order entry and customer master data - Knowledge of UCP 600 and experience preparing commercial documents such as pro forma invoices, shipping documents and export documents - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Ability to coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, logistics and finance teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and order issues promptly - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
