Contracts and Commercial Manager

The Contracts and Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual arrangements between the Company and its customers, suppliers, and partners. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Responsibilities include identifying commercial risks and opportunities, developing commercial strategies, supporting business development initiatives, managing the contract database, and ensuring accurate reporting. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
