Controller

I'm hiring for a unique Controller role with a company north of Milwaukee! The role: -Oversee transactional accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, and intercompany transactions -Support post-acquisition integration efforts: integrate acquired companies' reporting, systems, and processes -Manage and develop a team -Not overseeing month-end, reporting, or FP&A. Requirements: -Strong experience and oversight of AP, AR, and payroll -Bachelors degree in Accounting -8+ years of relevant experience -Experience seeing a small-mid-sized company through growth -Post-acquisition integration experience -Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
