Coordinator, Projects (Offshore Technology)

Coordinates various project activities between end users, third-party contractors, and the Projects Division. Organizes resources required for executing planned activities and follows up on resources and materials to ensure timely completion of EPC projects until closeout, ensuring contractor compliance on warranty conditions. Updates data and reports from Plant Maintenance and Project System Module. Job Specific Accountabilities: - Associates in preliminary scheduling of major projects in coordination with Planning Engineers and Project Managers. - Follows up on project activities mainly in materials, asset movements, and work progress. - Provides general support to Project Managers and Planning Engineers at site while executing major projects, assisting in project correspondence and IT coordination. - Visits workshops and warehouses to review repair status, spare parts availability, and project receipts. - Participates in preparing annual budget requirements including scope, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Coordinates with contractors, monitors third-party works, orders materials, and compiles spare parts lists for material coding. - Initiates orders for service procurement upon finalization of work scopes. - Maintains project tendering through SAP system for third-party works, including work order preparation, invitation to bids, technical and commercial evaluation, and service work order awards. - Prepares Change Order Review forms and updates weekly status reports regarding material and equipment repairs. - Organizes spare parts logistics and maintains inventory assets at shipyards during project execution, monitoring and recording weight control data in graphical formats. Minimum Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or preferably relevant degree. - 5 years of experience in the same or similar job, including at least 3 years in oil and gas, maritime, or shipping logistics. - Experience in ERP systems such as SAP. - Familiar with maintaining work order preparation, technical and commercial evaluations, bids, and awards.
