Cost Clerk | Honda & Trading Enterprises

The Cost Clerk will join the automotive service team to ensure service orders are accurately costed, split, and invoiced across cash, credit, warranty, service maintenance contracts, and internal sub-orders. Responsibilities include reviewing labour and parts used in service orders, preparing invoices, validating package pricing and discounts, raising purchase requisitions and local purchase orders in SAP for sublet services and consumables, completing goods receipt and invoice verification transactions, and maintaining productivity and incentive data. Qualifications include a graduate qualification or diploma, at least 3 years of experience in the automotive or retail industry with practical exposure to job costing, invoicing, and purchase orders, and working knowledge of SAP or dealer management systems alongside Microsoft Office proficiency.
