Cost Control Manager

The Cost Control Manager is a senior role responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing the cost control framework across projects within the contracting company. With more than 20 years of proven experience in major construction projects, the ideal candidate brings exceptional analytical capability, strategic insight, and mastery of cost management principles. Key Responsibilities: Cost Control Strategy and Leadership, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Planning, Project Cost Monitoring and Reporting, Change Management and Claims Support, Procurement and Subcontractor Cost Oversight, Systems, Processes and Continuous Improvement, and Executive Reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage. Professional certifications such as RICS, CMA, PMP, CCP preferred. Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in cost control within a contracting or construction company. High proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost control software like Primavera, SAP, and Oracle.
