URGENT HIRING – COST CONTROL MANAGER | KSA Location: Saudi Arabia Position: Cost Control Manager Experience: 12–15+ years relevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial Construction / Subcontracting Key Requirements • Strong experience in project cost control at subcontractor level • Experience with own-resource/direct manpower cost control • Expertise in budget control, cost forecasting & project profitability • Strong knowledge of manpower, equipment, materials, procurement & project overhead costs • Experience in CTC, monthly cost reports, cash-flow forecasts & variance analysis • Strong Excel skills • SAP/ERP & Power BI knowledge preferred • GCC experience preferred • Strong analytical, reporting & communication skills • AACE/CCP, CMA or PMP certification will be an advantage. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting or related field.
