Cost Controller F&B-KSA

The Cost & Inventory Controller will be responsible for the overall cost control process, including menu engineering and preparation of the cost of goods sold, inventory, and warehouse management, including inventory invoice postings. Maintain and update all the menu items with the BOM in the ERP system. Ensure efficient inventory levels in coordination with the Procurement department. Maintain master data for complete inventory, including raw materials and menu items in the ERP system.
