Cost Controller & Purchaser - F&B

Beast Meat Shop LLC is looking for an experienced Cost Controller & Purchaser - F&B to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is one combined position covering both Cost Control & Purchasing. Key Responsibilities: - Food costing, COGS & GP/margin monitoring - Recipe/BOM costing & cost analysis - Inventory control, stock counts, wastage & variance analysis - Supplier sourcing & quotation comparison - Price and payment-term negotiations - Purchase orders & delivery follow-up - Purchase-price monitoring - Supplier performance management - SAP/ERP purchasing & inventory records - Cost-control and purchasing reports Requirements: - Previous F&B / Restaurant / Catering / Cloud Kitchen / Butchery experience - Strong Excel & analytical skills - SAP/ERP experience preferred - Strong negotiation & supplier-management skills - Currently in UAE preferred
