Customer Account Manager

RH Aero Systems is looking for a Customer Account Manager to manage customer relationships and coordinate end-to-end order processing, from quotation preparation to invoicing. Responsibilities include acting as the key liaison between customers and internal departments like Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Order Management, preparing commercial proposals, monitoring order progress, and resolving customer queries. Requirements include a technical qualification with additional professional training or a bachelor's degree in business administration, initial professional experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical business environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Epicor as an advantage. Good command of English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
