Data Entry Executive (AI-Enabled)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive who can use AI tools to enter, clean and manage data faster and more accurately. You will support finance, property operations and administration teams across our residential, commercial and hospitality portfolio. Enter, update and maintain data in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Excel and SharePoint. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OCR/document-extraction tools) to pull data from PDFs, scans and emails. Write clear AI prompts to summarise, classify, reformat and check large datasets. Check AI-generated output for accuracy before posting it. You remain accountable for data quality. Clean and deduplicate records, and flag inconsistencies to the relevant department. Keep all records confidential and follow the company's data-protection policies. Help build templates and small automations (Power Automate, Excel macros) that reduce manual entry.
