Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end data migration workstream for a major transformation involving legacy systems (including Keyloop) to SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: - Own migration strategy, governance, planning and execution - Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation - Manage Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and data quality - Coordinate business teams, SAP/Salesforce partners and third-party vendors - Lead mock migrations, testing, reconciliation and defect resolution - Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare and business sign-off - Reconcile master, transactional and financial data with complete traceability What We Are Looking For: - 10+ years in Data Migration / ERP / CRM / Transformation - 5+ years leading enterprise data migration programs - Strong SAP S/4HANA & Salesforce migration experience - Expertise in Data Quality, STTM, ETL, Reconciliation, MDM & Cutover - Experience with Microsoft Fabric & advanced Excel/data analysis - Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
