Demand Planning Analyst - PMO

Length of Contract: 12 Months Key Responsibilities: - Analyse pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion and quality across Market Units and demand sources. - Build and maintain pipeline performance reports, identifying trends, gaps, risks, anomalies and opportunities. - Provide actionable data-driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager. - Support monthly demand reviews, strategic presentations and Demand Programs. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analysis. - Partner with Market Units, Demand Managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities. - Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes. Qualifications: Must Have: - Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills. - Experience analysing large datasets and identifying trends and performance drivers. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to translate data into actionable business insights. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Excellent English communication skills. Strong Plus: - Pipeline, sales or business performance analytics experience. - Power BI – dashboards, visualisation and reporting. - SAP reporting tools / SAP ecosystem knowledge. - Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS and digital business models.
