Director & Manager Supply Chain

We are looking for experienced Supply Chain Transformation professionals to lead high-impact strategy, digital transformation and analytics engagements across Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Metals & Mining and Energy sectors. Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation projects from diagnostic and strategy through implementation, optimizing Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Inventory and Fulfilment, designing data-driven solutions using Advanced Analytics, AI and digital technologies, developing transformation roadmaps and business cases based on measurable ROI, leveraging supply chain platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, ERP and Analytics/BI solutions, leading cross-functional client teams and workshops, building C-level relationships and driving business development for Director level, and mentoring consulting teams. Requirements include 10+ years of Supply Chain experience for Director and 5+ years for Manager in Supply Chain Strategy, Consulting or Transformation, deep expertise in at least 2 areas like Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Sourcing or Inventory, strong exposure to Supply Chain Analytics and AI, experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or similar planning platforms, consulting or large-scale industrial transformation background, and a Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or Operations Research preferred.
