Director - Organization Learning

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Learning to lead the development and delivery of Qiddiya's learning architecture, ensuring learning enables performance today and builds the capabilities required for future growth. Reporting to the Executive Director - Talent Management, the role will partner closely with business and HR leaders to align learning with operational priorities, close critical skill gaps, and embed continuous development. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Qiddiya's learning architecture, including frameworks, pathways, curricula, standards, and development journeys. - Lead the growth, adoption, and integration of Qiddiya's learning ecosystem, including SuccessFactors, Sana, and future digital learning solutions. - Design and lead the future learning organization, including learning business partnership, digital learning, operations, design, and enabling capabilities. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Digitally fluent, with a strong understanding of learning technologies, experience working with SuccessFactors and Sana preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree or relevant advanced HR certifications preferred.
