Director - Source to Pay Excellence

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking a Director – Source to Pay Excellence to lead enterprise-wide transformation of Source-to-Pay services. The role involves shaping the S2P transformation agenda, improving service performance, and enabling technology-led ways of working across Procurement, Contracting, Vendor Management, and Purchase-to-Pay. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, or enterprise transformation, strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities, and proven track record leading end-to-end process transformation.
