E-Invoicing Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an E-Invoicing Implementation Specialist to support the Finance/Tax team in implementing and managing e-invoicing solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate e-invoicing implementation with Finance, Tax, IT, ERP teams & vendors * Gather requirements, map processes and support ERP/e-invoicing integration * Manage data mapping, validation, UAT, testing and go-live activities * Troubleshoot invoice/ data issues and support post-go-live operations * Ensure alignment with VAT and e-invoicing compliance requirements * Provide implementation updates and documentation to management Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field * 3+ years’ experience in e-invoicing, Finance Transformation, ERP or Tax Technology * Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred * Strong Excel, data analysis, process mapping and testing skills * Good understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, VAT and finance processes * UAE e-invoicing experience is an advantage * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Availability: Immediate Contract: 4 Months Own Visa required
