Emiratization Process and Compliance Manager Automotive Finance

Established in the 1930s, Al-Futtaim Group is a diversified privately held regional business headquartered in Dubai. We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive's UAE and overseas operations. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations. Key responsibilities include supporting implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective, partnering with IT and business teams on system improvements, driving system upgrades, building process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting, reviewing business processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and developing exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, 3 to 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes, experience in automotive or retail environments, and professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or SAP.
